2. Booking and Payment

Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon successful completion of the move unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled moving time may result in a cancellation fee. Refer to your individual agreement for specific terms.
3. Liability and Insurance
Responsibility for Damages: Arab Moves is liable for any damage caused due to the negligence of our staff. We advise clients to consider purchasing extra insurance for high-value or delicate items.
Insurance Options: Basic coverage is included in our services. Enhanced insurance plans are available on request, along with full details of coverage and claims procedures.
4. Client Responsibilities
Site Access and Readiness: Clients must ensure that all items are packed and accessible on the day of the move. Arab Moves is not liable for delays caused by unpreparedness or restricted access.
Item Inventory: A detailed and accurate inventory list must be provided before the move. Arab Moves cannot be held responsible for missing items not listed or documented discrepancies.
5. Conduct and Care
Team Conduct: Our movers are trained to deliver services in a professional and respectful manner. Any abuse or inappropriate behavior toward our team may lead to immediate termination of service.
Pre-existing Property Damage: Arab Moves aims to avoid damage to your property. Any existing damage should be reported to us prior to the move.
6. Dispute Resolution
Issue Resolution: Any service-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of the move. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and professionally.
Governing Law: All legal matters will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
